Difflam Oral Rinse – 200ml contains benzydamine, an anti inflammatory mouth and throat treatment. It is used to relieve painful inflammation of the mouth and throat, including sore throats and mouth ulcers.
How it works
It reduces inflammation and has a mild numbing effect.
How to use it
Rinse or gargle with the dose on the pack every 1.5 to 3 hours as needed, then spit it out. Always read the patient information leaflet before use.

Possible side effects
Temporary numbness or stinging is common.
