How it works
It absorbs water to add bulk and soften stools, helping the bowel work naturally.
How to use it
Stir one sachet into a glass of water and drink straight away, usually twice a day. Drink plenty of fluids throughout the day. Always read the patient information leaflet before use.
Before you use it
Do not take just before bed. Not suitable if you have a bowel blockage or difficulty swallowing.
Possible side effects
Bloating and wind can happen at first.
