Anusol Plus HC Ointment – 15g contains hydrocortisone with soothing agents, a haemorrhoid treatment containing a mild steroid. It is used to relieve swelling, itching and discomfort of piles.
How it works
The mild steroid reduces inflammation, while the other ingredients soothe and protect.
How to use it
Apply at night, in the morning and after each bowel movement, for up to 7 days. Always read the patient information leaflet before use.
Before you use it
Not for children under 18. Do not use for more than 7 days without advice.
Possible side effects
Side effects are rare with short term use.
