Trimethoprim 200mg Tablets – 6 Tablets contains trimethoprim, an antibiotic. It is used to treat urinary tract infections.
How it works
It stops the bacteria causing the infection from growing.
How to use it
Take as prescribed, usually twice a day for 3 days in women. Finish the course. Always read the patient information leaflet before use.
Before you use it
Not suitable in early pregnancy. Tell the prescriber about kidney problems, blood disorders and other medicines.
Possible side effects
Itching, rash and feeling sick can happen.
