Otrivine Adult Measured Dose Sinusitis Spray – 10ml contains xylometazoline 0.1%, a nasal decongestant spray. It is used to relieve a blocked nose and sinus congestion.
How it works
It narrows swollen blood vessels in the nose.
How to use it
Use 1 spray in each nostril up to 3 times a day, for no more than 7 days. Always read the patient information leaflet before use.
Before you use it
Longer use can make congestion worse. Check with a pharmacist if you have high blood pressure or take certain antidepressants.
Possible side effects
Stinging and dryness in the nose can happen.
