How it works
It has a sedating effect that helps you fall asleep.
How to use it
Take one tablet 20 minutes before bed. Do not use for more than 2 weeks without advice. Always read the patient information leaflet before use.
Before you use it
Not for under 16s. Avoid alcohol. Check with a pharmacist if you have glaucoma, prostate or breathing problems, or take other medicines.
Possible side effects
Next day drowsiness, dry mouth and dizziness can happen.
