Kwells 300mcg Tablets – 12 Tablets contains hyoscine hydrobromide, a travel sickness medicine. It is used to prevent travel sickness.

It blocks the signals that cause nausea when travelling.

Take a dose up to 30 minutes before the journey. Follow the pack for repeat doses. Always read the patient information leaflet before use.

Do not drive after taking it. Not suitable if you have glaucoma. Check the age guidance on the pack.

Drowsiness, dry mouth and blurred vision are common.
