Fostair Inhaler contains beclometasone and formoterol, a combination preventer inhaler. It is used to control asthma, and some strengths are used for COPD.
How it works
Beclometasone reduces airway inflammation, while formoterol keeps the airways open for longer.
How to use it
Use it as prescribed, usually twice a day. Rinse your mouth after use. Always read the patient information leaflet before use.
Before you use it
Tell the prescriber about heart problems, thyroid problems, diabetes and other medicines.
Possible side effects
Headache, shaking, a sore throat and oral thrush can happen.
