Curanail 5% Medicated Nail Lacquer – 3ml contains amorolfine 5%, an antifungal nail lacquer. It is used to treat mild fungal nail infections affecting up to 2 nails.
How it works
It kills the fungus in and under the nail.
How to use it
File the affected nail, clean it, then apply the lacquer once a week. Continue until the nail grows out, often 6 months for fingernails and 9 to 12 months for toenails. Always read the patient information leaflet before use.
Before you use it
Not suitable if more than 2 nails are affected or the infection is near the base of the nail. Not for children or during pregnancy without advice.
Possible side effects
Nail discolouration or brittle nails can happen.
