Aldara 5% Cream – 12 Sachets contains imiquimod 5%, an immune response cream. It is used to treat external genital warts.

How it works

It stimulates the body’s immune system to fight the virus causing the warts.

How to use it

Apply at bedtime 3 times a week and wash off after 6 to 10 hours, as prescribed. Always read the patient information leaflet before use.

Before you use it

Not recommended in pregnancy. Can weaken condoms and diaphragms.

Possible side effects

Redness, itching and soreness are common.
