Oestrogel Pump-Pack 0.06% Gel – 80g contains estradiol, an HRT gel. It is used to relieve menopause symptoms.
How it works
It replaces the oestrogen your body no longer makes, absorbed through the skin.
How to use it
Apply the prescribed number of pumps to the arms or thighs once a day and let it dry. If you have a womb, you also need a progestogen. Always read the patient information leaflet before use.
Before you use it
Not suitable if you have had certain cancers, blood clots or liver disease. The prescriber will check.
Possible side effects
Breast tenderness, headache and bleeding can happen at first.
